Did you save the original dowload? Use that. If you don;t have it, you must contact Cyberlink sales with proof of purchase.
Since we are just users, we can't help get you to the download.
By the way, you cannot mofify any trial version to the full version (just in case you were thinking about it). .

Steve was talking about the installation files that you downloaded when you bought PowerDirector not the installed programme. When you purchase software for download, the very first thing to do is make backup copies of it so it can be used when needed. I keep 3 copies myself, 1 on my computer, 1 on an external hard drive and 1 on DVD all 3 in folders together with installation keys and all the supporting files and purchase receipts. I do the same with all update patches as well.
After you've saved copies of the installers, only then is it time to install the software itself.
The licence is for use on a single machine so once you've re-installed satisfactorily on a new machine, you should remove the first installetion to 'stay legal'.

Thank you very much..I did not do that. The only option for me now is to get a new download link from the CS, isn't it ? Reply

Yes indeed. I strongly recommend making backups this time . You'll need to supply proof of purchase by the way.

Hi,
I'm replying to this topic in 2018 having just had a similar issue and had to re-install PowerDirector 16.
I saw this thread and remembered that I haddn't deleted the original download. So I reinstalled from the download folder and it obviously asked for my product key, which must have come in an email at the time i purchased it. So that had been deleted.
But if you have registered the software (I had) you can go to CyberLink Members Zone and where it shows your registered products, there is a key icon. Click the icon and it shows you your product key!
Thank you all for the information in this thread which put me on the right track to recovering my software!
Tony
